Valentines day. Hated by many, adored by others. When some couples adore exchanging heart-shaped boxes of chocolate and bouquet of red roses, acting like they where actors of their own Hollywood romantic and cheezy romance comedy, others actually prefer staying home in their comfiest pair of pj's waiting for that super commercial day to finally finish. I use to be part of the second category. I was all about the Valentines day sucks, who needs a Valentine anyway? kind of thing. I am now in the middle. I don't hate it, and I don't love it. To me it is just another good occasion to show love and appreciation to your Mr or Mrs right (even though and this is a special call for all the mr Right out there you actually don't need to wait for Valentines day to give your significant half a nice bouquet of flowers). And if you don't have a lover to share it with, why don't you hang out with your best friends, go to the movies and make fun of overly cute couples. Another note to all of you Mr, if your girlfriend, or wife or fiance is actually telling your she doesn't want anything. She's lying, trying to playing it cool and might kill you if you really doesn't get her at least some chocolate. Here is a selection of 20 killer pieces to wear on 3 different occasions.

On Wednesday we wear pink! Oops ... Valentines day is actually on a Tuesday this year.  Oh well, pink is still a very appropriate color for Valentine right? If I was going on a movie date with my girls I would actually keep it casual but yet feminine and stylish; pairing a pink jumper with some mom jeans and nice heeled sandals.

If you have a special someone to spend Valentines with, and that you have plans to go out on a romantic dinner, I would say go girl and wear whatever makes you feel like a princess. Put your freakum dress on (any old school Beyonce's fan over here?) and enjoy your evening. If your not part of the princess dress gang, rock your favorite pair of jeans and a nice frilly blouse.

As we say in France, better alone than in bad company. A night watching old episodes of Friends with hot chocolate and your own gifted chocolate boxes beats by far a crappy date with a creepy Tinder guy. So get comfortable, put on your coziest pair of pj's, fuzzy socks  and enjoy your me time.

SUMMER STYLE PICKS

I have been thinking for a while about what I should post here. I have been caught in a non-productive phase for a few months now. And not only blogging wise. Life wise. Didn't know what to write, didn't know what I was liking, what I was not liking. Nothing to blog about really. And after that much time without posting, I was thinking about what kind of post I should share with you. I was thinking for a while and I decided to come back here with a fashion post, because that is in the end the ones I like to read the most. I am a little curious rat and I love to know what other girls want, have or plan to buy soon and wishlists, style picks and hauls are by far my favourite post and videos, although I have been quite keen on some life advices post recently.

Summer is just passing by and I can't believe it is almost August already. To celebrate this time of the year (that so many of you like, but to be honest I am praying for fall to come ASAP) I put together a few of my favourite pieces. You will see some theme here. White, off the shoulder, touches of blue. "Grecian-I-wanna-go-to-Mykonos-and-Santorini" type of selection. Enjoy sweethearts and I will from now work on a serious relaunch of this blog and try to not let my emotion affect my posting schedule.

WHAT I ADDED TO MY WARDROBE FOR SPRING (Work appropriate)

Is there is anything more exciting than season change? Especially when it comes to shopping? I don't think so. Most girls are I think very excited for the sales season but I am not that much into it. What I wait for, the new clothing items, the new collection that are gonna pop up all around as soon as the sales end. And here I am again, doing an Asos wishlist (I currently have more than 300 pieces in my saved basket) with all of their new stuff. But today, I won't be showing what I would like to buy, but what I actually got out of Asos. I made two orders recently and picked out 9 pieces that I absolutely adore and I think are really appropriate for girls in their mid twenties, who are starting their careers. Let me know what you think and what trend you like for spring and summer.

1. White trench coat - This is the main addition to my spring wardrobe. I was thinking about getting a white coat for a while since most of my coats and jacket are black but I couldn't find any that I liked. I wasn't sure about this Asos one, even when I got it, but after styling it with a pair of pumps, a pencil skirt and a lovely blouse, I felt in love. It is very classy and makes a very nice contrast with my almost black hair as everyone like to say.

2. Asymetrical navy skirt - I can't recommend you this skirt enough. I am in love with it. It fits really nicely and hug your curve in a lovely way. The asymetrical hem gives it a very original twist and I think make my legs look slightly longer. Depending on your work place dress code, you can totally wear it on business meetings and look absolutely fabulous. 

3. Missguided nude bardot body - I wasn't sure about getting this body to be honest, because I never wore a body before and I was not sure about the confort. You know the toilet issue. But I just felt in love with the color and cut of it. And I could totally see it with a black pair of jean, a nice blazer, or as seen on the gorgeous model, with a high waisted white skirt. I haven't worn it yet but, let me tell you, I can't wait for my next night out to rock this baby! 

4. Nude pencil skirt -  Next nude item, this basic pencil skirt. Not much to say. I tried it on with the body and it looks very nice. As you might know I love monochromatic looks, they make you look taller and a bit thinner and I am all about that vibe! Asos pencil skirt are always very nice quality and I am also impatient to wear it more and find different outifts around this very basic piece.

5. Light grey wrap blouse - There is not much to say about this blouse either. The cut is very classic and classy and the light grey color is really lovely. It is perfect for work and not too revealing but you can also wear it more casually with a pair of ripped jeans and some lovely pumps. 

6. Snakeskin pumps -   Introducing to you my new favourite shoes. I am i love with them. They are very good quality, and they completely change a basic jean and white tee outfit into something much more stylish. They are also surprisingly comfortable and are now on crazy sale! Have a look ! 

7. Quay My Girl sunglasses - Oh. My. Gosh. I think I never had that many compliments on anything I own. Everytime I wear these sunnies someone ask me where they are from. I wanted these for so long. I mean, everyone on Youtube and Instagram seems to have Quay and I was just dying to get my hands on the My Girl ones. When I saw them on Asos, instant buy. Totally not regret it. Go and get them if you like oversized sunnies they are perfect. 

8. Basic black pumps -  Don't have anything to say about them. They are classic, lovely material, quite comfortable and not expensive so I would recommend them if you are looking for a good pair of everyday black pumps! 

9. Nude Selected shirt -  This is certainly one of my favourite piece out of the nine. This shirt is a little expensive but the quality is really nice, the fit is slightly oversized and you can easily be dress it up with a pencil skirt, or wear it very casually with a boyfriend jean and some white sneakers. It is such a good basic to have and I am questioning myself about getting the black version they have one Asos. 

FASHION MOODBOARD #2 - STRIPED TOP

If there is one pattern that will never goes out of style, it is definetly stripes. As a french girl, striped top are a huge essential in my wardrobe. I could wear them all day and I have more than 10 in my collection. You can never ever add too many. 

 HOW I WEAR THEM 

My favourite way to wear stripes tops is to wear them very casually. I usually bought my basic stripes tops from Zara (material is on point for the price tag). I sometimes size up depending on the cut of the tee to have a more relax fit. I then pair them with boyfriend jeans (litterally living in boyfriend jeans during spring), pick up my favourite bag and leather jacket and depending on what I am doing, I will wear either some high heels or comfy sneakers.

WHAT TO BUY THIS SEASON 

Spring is around the corner (finally!) and I would recommend to get some lightweight but nice fabric stiped tee as well as some thin knit jumper to wear for the chillier night. As I just wrote, Zara has some amazing pieces for the season and I might add one or two more striped piece to my colletion. 

FASHION MOODBOARD #1 - NUDE, CAMELS AND NEUTRALS

A new serie where I will feature some inspiring fashion pictures of my current favourite trends. I am starting this week with neutrals tones and some subtle touch of camel which I would love to wear this winter. You can find below a few items that I would shop to add to my wardrobe. PARTYWEAR - THE FANCY CHRISTMAS WARDROBE

Only two weeks left until Christmas (where 2015 went? no freaking idea), it is now time to think about the outfit ! Well I think here, there are two teams. On one side, the comfy Christmas person. You want to spend your Christmas, eating what you would normally eat in four days, and drinking what you would drink in two months. In that case, your only option is to wear your favourite festive sweater, if possible oversized to hide the future food baby and a good old legging. Well in my case, I usually like to dress up a little. I mean, I like to dress up on the 24th at night, but I totally admit that I am close to wearing my pyjamas for Christmas lunch on the 25th. Anyway, for Christmas dinner, I usually like to put on a lovely sequin dress, and my tradition is usually to wear a red lip with a golden eye make up. Here is a little selection of Asos dresses that I would love to wear this year. 

The sequin midi dress - I think this dress is close to perfection. I really love the cut that I found very unique. It is a midi dress but it has a quite high slit on the skirt part that makes it look a little more sexy. The sequin gives it a really festive look and it looks very fancy and put together.  

The red sexy dress - Well red is the color for Christmas. I personally do not wear red at all during the year, so the holidays is the perfect occasion for me to put on a nice and sexy red dress. I had a crush on this dress the second I saw it on the Asos website. I love the deep V neck cut and the thin straps and once again the slit on the skirt gives it an even sexier twist.  

The Hollywood glam dress - If you are a follower of the cute Suzie from Hello October, you saw this dress already. I think it is the kind of piece that you love or hate, it is super sparkly and have a very drapy structure. I really love it and I think it looks gorgeous on!  I could definetly see that on a red carpet, wore by someone like Selena Gomez for exemple. 

The simple white dress - This one is for the girls who like to have a pretty dress but doesn't want to do much. The white color of the dress really tones down the sparkles and the cut is very simple. An easy dress to wear with a pair of nude shoes. 

The super emboired dress - And here the embellishment goes all cray cray. This dress looks amazing, the work on the sequins and beads looks amazing. As the dress is black, you will also be able to play around with your make up a little more.  

The sequin "animal printed" dress - Well this one as the silver sparkly one will also be a love-hate item. The partern is quite special but I really love the cut of it. You can't see it on the picture but the back has a very lovely and deep V neck that you can close with a nice black ribbon. In that case, it is party both on the front and back. 

THE AFFORDABLE CHRISTMAS GIFTGUIDE (FOR HER)

Hello there. Christmas is right around the corner. I wasn't feeling like doing anything very "Christmassy" on my blog because I feel like this year the 24th and 25th will be a little bitter sweet for me, first because I won't be with my family, and also because in Japan people don't really celebrate Christmas. However, I realised that Christmas spirit was all around, all of the streets have nice illuminations, tones of Christmas cards and gifts pops up in the shops, and ... well the Vlogmas overload is not helping. Now, I do really have to think about what to get to my loved ones. I am still on the budget for this year sadly, and here is my under 30 euros selection. Excuse me in advance but I think this affordable gift guide will certainly be a girly one. I am the only one struggling when it comes to boys gift? 

For a girl who loves fashion : Well I think Mrs Kristina Bazan picked an amazing date to released her very first book, Kayture on the Go. Kristina is by far one of my favourite blogger, she is an admirable young blogger and a source of inspiration for so many girls and I think any of your friends into fashion would like to give her book a read. If you're friends are not into reading, you can think about gifting them some nice accessories, such as a festive clutch for exemple. If she's more into comfy clothes, then it is the perfect time of the year to get her a warm scarf.

For the home decor junkie : We all have that friend that has such a nice appartment that she made us really really jealous. Well make her happy by giving her some nice pieces to add to her already perfect interior. You can get her a really lovely and modern frame. Add a picture of you and her inside and you have the perfect personalised present. You can also get her a nice mug set for the next time you will share a coffee in her living room. Another classic? Candles, of course. And if she is into homewear, you can't go wrong with a cute pyjama.

For the beauty queen : Well palettes? Palettes palettes palettes? Any kind of "kit" is also acceptable thought. As a lipstick junkie, I wouldn't say no to that lovely set from Too Faced, a good opportunity to try both their classic and metallic melted lipsticks. If your friend or sister is more into smokey eyes, have a look at Zoeva's palette, affordable but such an amazing quality. 

For the geek girl : For all of your girls that have something for technology, chose an phone case for exemple. Not many people would spend 20 euros in a phone case, but they will love to be gifted one. I love this Unicorn one that you can find on Topshop. 

MY 24TH BIRTHDAY WISHLIST

My birthday is in exactly one month. I will turn 24th on November 17th. This year has been really great so far. First of all, I can say now that I officially graduated university with a master degree in marketing and international management. Since April, I am now living in Japan, I did a really nice internship and I have now some really good jobs opportunity in Tokyo. I am planning on writing a post on that experience, for those who might be interested in doing an internship in a foreign country or just about living in Japan. Well, I guess you can call that a perfect year. This birthday will however be bittersweet for me since it is the first one I will spend far away from my family and very close friends. I won't have my usual birthday dinner with my family and two best friends, and I still don't know how I feel about it. Anyway, throw back is done, let's get on to the wishlist.


The "I wish I could splurge" present - This one would be my ultimate "me to me" birthday present. If you have been reading my blog for a while, you know I am obsessed with the Givenchy Antigona bag for quite a while now. I love how feminine yet structured it is. In my dreams, I would get it both in light grey and black. But well, I guess I will have to chose.

The "I might splurge" present - Yes, another YSL wallet. I already have one, that I got for Christmas last year, I really love it but I made the mistake to not select a textured leather. Because of that the wallet is aging quite a bit already even if I try to be as carefull as possible the leather starts to worn out. So to make this one rest a little, I would totally splurge on a new one. Larger, and in textured leather this time.

The cozy presents - Having my birthday in late fall makes me want to get a lot of "cozy presents", such as scented candles, warm blankets, or even nice oversized sweaters. When I was young, I was thinking ew such a shame, no garden birthday party with my friends, let's be stuck at home because it's too cold. But now, I found there the perfect occasion to get some cozy gift that will make me feel extra cozy in my own house.

The beauty addict presents - As a beauty junkie, I obviously have some make up goodies on my birthday wishlist. On top of the list, the Naked Smockey from Urban Decay, because she is missing to my Naked Palette family. I also really want to try some Too Faced products, such as the Born This Way foundation or their new adorable heart shaped blushes. Oh and, obviously, if anyone feel like helping me to complete my YSL, Nars or Clinique lipsticks collection, you are very much welcomed.

The I am almost out of perfume present - I am currently having three perfumes with me in Japan. The Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel, the See by Chloe, which I think it called See By Chloe (original name I know) and the Black Opium by YSL. I am sadly almost out of the first two and Black Opium is a little bit too strong to be worn during day time. The new perfume I would love to get is the original Chloe scent. I have been obsessed with it since I got a simple of it in a previous Sephora order.

FALL TRENDS - KAKI EVERYTHING

If there is something that I absolutely love about fall and winter, it is that I can start to wear dark colors again without looking like I am depressed among all of those pastel mini skirts and crop tops. And one of my favourite to wear is definetly kaki. I love how it matches perfectly black, white, and denim, which is basically all that I wear on a daily basis. I especially love it for jackets, and my goal this winter is to find the perfect Kaki coat or trench. I found two really nice ones on Asos as you can see down below. Waiting a little more and I might definetly order them! You can find my favourite kaki pieces (all from Asos) down below.

MAY FAVOURITE - LIPPIES FAVE AND NEW CLOTHING RACK

Better late than never, mid-june and may favourite, yes babes! As you know I am only back into blogging since a few days after a huge gap in the month of May, but  I was obviously still using lot of makeup, and buying lots of clothing. Because I am just me you know. In May, make up wise, I have been kinda brow obsessed because of my new NYX find. This eye brow pencil is super handy. It has a little spooly on one end, and the brow product on the other end. Be carefull and be light handed while using it, because it is quite pigmented. I have also been obsessed with my YSL Nude in Private lipstick. Perfect for an everyday lovely wash of colour and it is really hydrating. I used it under the Rimmel Exagerated lip pencil in the shade 02 which is another favorite! Finally, with summer comes bright lips, and my favourite is the Velvet Edition in Ole Flamingo from Bourjois. Obsessed with this gorgeous pink shade! 

Fashion wise, this is a pretty weird favorite, but since I moved into my new appartment by the end of May, I am obsessed with my new clothing rail. It is white and I got it for 600 yens in Ikea (5 euros, 7 dollars?). It looks super lovely and I love putting all of my favourite clothes on it! I will very soon post a summer wardrobe related post, or a kind of haul so stay tuned for that, if you're a fashion lover!

For music, I am playing No Love Allowed by Rihanna on replay, don't ask why it is quite an old one but you know what's happened when you let your Itunes on shuffle for a few hours, you rediscover old treasures. I am also listening to Ghost by Ella Henderson, and Worth it by Fifth Harmony. I've also been playing the cover of Demons by Josh Golden. One of my fave song by my fave singer on Youtube. THE SUMMER WORKWEAR WISHLIST

As some of you might know, I am doing my final internship in Japan for almost two months now and to be honest, I kinda like to dress up every morning to look like a working women. So many people might think it is quite borring, that you have to wear the same suit everyday, but you can seriously create so many different outfits. I also think that being the marketing representative of my small company and working mostly on a luxury good related project, I have to represent the product I want to sell and dressing up is in my case not even an option. The weather here in Tokyo is getting super duper hot and I want to add some ligther colors and materials into my closet. And you know me, when it comes to shopping lists, Asos is my very first stop. Here is a selection of both shoes and clothes that I would love to rock at my meeting for the coming months.

MARCH FAVOURITES - NEW NARS BASE AND A LOT OF YOUTUBE

Ok so it is April already. Who is freaking out? Doing these favourites posts make me realize how fast the time goes by! March has been a month with a lot of purchases which means a lot of new favourites. Let's start with make up. This month I have been buying the NARS Sheer Glow foundation for the first time and I am obsessed since I got it! Litterally obsessed, flawless finish, doesn't make me oily, the color match is perfect. Completely in love! Same goes with the Nars Creamy concealer. So easy to blend, and the shade Vanilla is perfect to highlight my undereyes area. I have also purchased some ELF products and I love their highligthers and baked blush. My favourite being this gold one in Blush Gems. Honestly for 4 euros you can't go wrong, it reflects the light in a lovely way and look really lovely on the cheekbones. 

Then about fashion. I have to mention my new leather jacket from Zara. I am obsesed with it. I have been searching for a good leather jacket for a while and this one is the one guys! Silver detailing, nice shoulder pads. Gorgeous and perfect for the spring season! 

Now about social medias, it has been a Youtube month! First, two make up tutorials that incorporate pop of colors for spring and summer. This one from last summer made by the extra talented Shaaanxo. I love the pop of color both on the eyes and lips. On the same blue liner vibe, this new one by MakeupbyAmarie. Matte eyes with a a bright blue winged liner and nude lips, perfect for spring.

I have been watching Barbara Parade shoe collection over and over again, love it, and we got a few similar pairs. Finally, that cooking video from Beautycrush, made me feel super hungry and I feel like doing every single meals she showed. Really helpul since I am gonna live by myself very soon.

One single movie but I had to mention it. Hot Road, a japanese movie released last summer. I saw it at the very end of March but ... damn I was waiting to watch it for so long. Let's make it short, totally loving the main actor, who is a singer that I love in Japan. I don't think I am really objective, but I really liked the movie. Once again if you're a little into japanese culture or if you're interested in watching something that is not yout typical american movie, give it a go. Japanese movies are really different from european or american movies, it is much more poetic I would say, there is not an over exposure of feelings so you can either love it or hate it. But this one is a cute love story and the background of the girl character is also really interesting. Also it takes place in Yokohama, where I'll live basically from next week and it made me quite impatient!

THE ASOS WISHLIST - GOING INTO SPRING

Asos is to me the best online store ever. Reason? The choice! No matter your style, you will find something. The pice range is also pretty wide so even if you are on a budget you might find something great to add to your wardrobe. Not talking about their coupon codes and special deals. As spring is coming, I have some crazy shopping envy, and well Asos is always the place I like to spend hours dreaming about my future wardrobe. Here are a few items I've selected to transition easily from winter to spring weather.

1. River Island monochromatic leopard skirt - I really like this skirt, I love anything leopard printed, but I don't own anything black and white leopard. I guess that's making it a good reason to get that skirt huh? 

2. Asos nude high neck jumper - It was love at first sight with this jumper. I think with a basic blue jeans, some nice heels and a classy bag you definetly have a great everyday outfit! The color is perfect for spring but its thickness will keep you warm during those tricky months.

3. Weekday off shoulders top - I have a thing for off shoulders top, and I have been searching for a black one since I saw Jessica from tuulavintage pulling off the perfect all black outfit with a similar one. If you are not a dress kind of girl, this top is your best friend, paired with a black skinny jeans and a killer pair of heels and you're good to go!

4. Asos white embossed clutch - Totally love those kind of clutches to go out with girl friends for drinks. Big enough to pack all of your essentials and super stylish! Really love how the two colors matches on this one.

5. Asos basic grey jumper - This kind of jumper is a must have. It is so easy to pair with any kind of jeans, skirts or shorts. It is comfy yet stylish and feminine since it is quite form fitting.

6. Asos Striped Playsuit - Spring is the perfect season to bring the playsuits out of your wardrobe. The weather starts to get warmer and you can wear them with a nice leather jacket for exemple. I love this one because as you might know I am kina obsessed with stripes and I think this one would be a great statement for a daytime chic look.

ZARA BLUE LACE UP HEELS - THE PERFECT POP OF COLOUR

Can we take a moment to contemplate this amazingly gorgeous shoes? I am a high heel lover, even if they are often killing my feet, I just can't stop buying these. I felt in love with these shoes as soon I as saw them on the Zara website (I am the only one visiting Zara and Asos website daily? Like for real). I waited a bit to order them, just to think about how I would style them. I can totally picture them with basic jeans, a black blazer and any kind of shirt or blouse underneath. However, this shoes have a down side, as every lace up shoes they are a freakin pain to get in, and among all of my lace up collection (I think I have five pair of lace up sandals), these are the worse. In fact on the back there has no zip, but a kind of bra like attach and it is such a pain to open and close all the time. 

THE MONTHLY NEED LIST - MARCH

There is two things I am obsessed with recently. White, and pencil skirts. White is to me the perfect color for spring and warmer weather, it is really refreshing, and catch the light so nicely. I can already think about many outfits wearing a white pencil skirt and I think I might order one from Missguided really soon. I also plan to got a camel or nude one since I can totally picture to wear it with a lovely white blouse, or thin knit and my Topshop heels. More than pencil skirts, I will certainly get myself a new leather jacket. I know big buy, but there is one in Zara that I really like and my leather jacket is 5 years old so the leather is not as pretty as before. I also plan to get some kaki cargo or utility pants. Last one, a bomber jacket, I felt in love with a kaki one in Topshop. A bit expensive but I dream about it at night. I love the casual yet very feminine vibe you can get with that kind of piece if you style them with high heels and more tight clothes.

Makeup wise, you know that I recently got the NARS creamy concealer. And I am so pleased with this product that I am obsessed with the idea of getting a NARS foundation. I obviously want to try the well known and well loved NARS Sheer Glow. I swatched it at Sephora last time and the coverage seems to be really great and I would love to get a nice glowy foundation for spring and summer. Also, going with that luminous and glowy trend, I would love to get some shimmery blusher such as the Milani baked blush or ELF baked blush. I think that kind of blush work very well and can allow you to skip the highlight step in your face routine.

FEBRUARY FAVOURITES (MAKEUP, SKINCARE AND NEW SHOES)

Hey guys! Can you believe it is March already? February has been a really exciting yet stressful month and the stress part is sadly not over yet. I am really sorry for the lack of updates here but I really have to get stuff done for an important project that I will talk about here very soon. Anyway, let's get into my favourite for this month. 

For my beauty related favourites, I have been wearing red lips the whole month. My favourite is the Bourjois Velvet Edition in the shade Hot Pepper. It is a nice warm red, perfect pop of colour, super opaque and easy to use. I've also try to improve slowly my skin, long way to go but that cleanser from First Aid Beauty clearly helped a lot! Also I don't know if it is because of Valentines, but I have been playing with the lovely pink shades of my Naked 3 a lot! The Naked 3 is in my opinion the perfect palette to create girly and natural eye looks.

Fashion favourite, my new nude heels from Topshop! Comfy, classy, perfect for any white on white outfit, since I think that black stiletto can be a bit clashing with a white dress or skirt. Perfect to elongate the legs I think these might become my new best friends! To go outfit for spring? My striped dress, Zara leather jacket and these pretty things on the feet. 

Let's talk about our beloved social medias, I have been obsessed with Barbara from the Persian Babe, she is such a style inspiration and I can watch her lookbooks and hauls a hundred time a day. And she is always making me buy new stuff. Talking style inspiration Stylebyindia is my favourite instagram fashion account recently. Very Kim K inspired. Make you wanna buy anything neutral, my wishlist is much longer since I am following that lady!

Finally, music and movie. Ok so I have been watching japanese stuff all month long. If you are a bit into japanese culture, love Geisha and stuff, watch the movie Hanaikusa. In love with it! Music wise, I totally recommend  Meghan Trainor album, on repeat all month! My favourites songs are Walkashame and Selfish Heart! I have also been loving Go Hard or Go Home, Wiz and Iggy voices match perfectly in my opinion! and ... ok I have to admit I have loved a french song so much. I usually don't like french music that much but recently we had a few cool songs. It is a reaggae inspired kind of songs, and it is The King's Son - I am not Rich, I know, sounds english but there is french part in. Give it a try, the lyric are really cool. 

THE MONTHLY NEED LIST

Not following the typical wishlist trend, I decided to write about my real needs. Pieces that are currently missing in my closet, or stuff that I need to repurchase since I run out of them. Let's be honest, I would love to get 10 more NARS Audacious and a Vuitton Neverful, but spending my money wisely and not daydreaming about things I can't affoard is a bit more realistic. 

Let's start with the clothing part. As mentioned before, I have a real obsession with men inspired clothes. I like to go oversized on top and tight on the leg area. That's why I want to purchase some good quality shirts. I'll definetly order one or two on Asos that are 100% cotton made. Along with that, I would love to get a new little black dress that will really enhance my bodyshape. The kind of dress you can throw on without thinking about it too much. Then, I'll have to restock on some basics tops since I throw away many of my old ones. I also need to find a good pair of dark blue denim since my Zara one are completely worn off, I'm thinking about getting some Leigh or Jamie jeans from Topshop. For the shoes, because of course there are always shoes involved, I need some lovely and pointy nude heels.

Now makeup and skin care wise, even if I really want to try some new makeup realease (the Maybelline lip pencil that everyone talk about are screaming at me everytime I go to my fave drugstore), I really need to get some of the La Roche Posay products. I have to repurchase the Effaclar duo and I want to try their Micellar water. I also need a back up of body butter and body lotion since I'm completely out of my previous one. But here is my dilema, Mango Temptation or Love Spell?

JANUARY FAVOURITES (MAKEUP, FASHION AND RANDOM BITS)

Hello ladies! January is already over, it's kinda scary honestly how time is just flying. I thought it's because the first part of this month was crazily busy for me, so without even realizing it it was already like January 20th, and now it's February and and then spring and ... yeah, you know what I mean. Here is a quite famous blog post, the well loved favourites of the month. Even though it's quite a traditional bloggy-youtuby things (I should stop inventing words I guess?), it's my very first time doing it. I thought with the new year, it might be a good time to just start. 

Let's start with make up, my most worn lip product has to be the Tanya Burr lipgloss in Lunch Date. As Tanya herself says, it is the perfect shade for everyday. The gloss is quite pigmented but doen't wash me out and it goes perfectly with my daily bronzy smockey eyes.

Fashion wise, this is one of the best present I ever received in my life. For those who follow me on instagram, you might have seen it already, but my parents got me a Saint Laurent wallet for Christmas. I was so happy when I got it, the leather is so soft, the gold detailing on point and the design is timeless. It is quite a boyish wallet but it is exactly what I like, I am not into super girly details when it comes to bag or wallet, like bows or fancy diamonds stuff. Another YSL favourite, the Black Opium perfume, aka the sexiest perfume I ever own! The scent is quite strong and might not be everyone favourite but I really love it!

Then my random favourites. First, TV shows, I finally watched the new episodes of Pretty Little Liars, 3 in a row, kind of the best night ever. I love this show, like I don't want it to stop ever and can it just be tuesday everyday? Second random favourite, and that's pretty random one to be honest; notebook. I got that neon pink notebook at the begining of the month and have been doing to do list almost every single day, obsessed and it really helps me to be much more organised. About music, I've been listening to two songs on replay : Dilemma by Selena Gomez, and No Interruption by Hoodie Allen. BINGE READING, 4 OF MY FAVOURITE READS

As a new blogger, I think it's really important to visit, read and post comments on other blogs. In fact, it's important first to share the love, and pay attention to other fellow bloggers work. Visiting other blogs always inspire me and motivate me to write more, and I love reading blogging tips and advices from my favourite bloggers. I also love to read some good makeup or skincare reviews, especially before going shopping and I think it's also a simple way to start lovely friendship through the comment box. Recently I had a little more time to myself and I am reading much more blogs than the past few months. I decided to share with you four favourites of mine, not including my two beauty blog bibles, Vivianna Does Makeup and Lily Pebbles. 1. Seyda Karimpour : I am obsessed with this girl I love her blog, her youtube channel, her instagram account, everything. Her style is amazing, she has perfect hair (like girl ... I am so super jealous of your perfect waves) and seems to be such a sweetheart. I find some really good outfit inspiration on her blog and IG account. If you like that "monochrome+greyandcamel" kind of trend, definetly check her out! 

2. Noirette Diary : Such a talented girl, she has some very good makeup skills and always creates lovely eye makeup looks. You can also find some makeup review on her blog. And can we just say that her skin is flawless?

3. The Sunday Chapter : I am obsessed with that Aussie lovely girl. The layout of her blog is clean yet a little girly, she comes up with really good post ideas and her pictures are really clean and profesional looking (teach me how to do that so I won't post my gross and ugly pictures!). Can't wait to try her raw coconut chocolate slice recipe by the way, it looks super yummy!  

4. Elise Dopson: This cute girl has a lot of very good post ideas and always share her blogging tips with her readers. She also write a lot of good make up reviews and has a very good interaction with her readers since she always reply to comments! A sweetheart to follow!  

FASHION EDIT - THE BOYFRIEND SHIRT

When it comes to fashion, I am all about being casual and comfy while staying chic and femine. My go to outfit is always the same, a pair of skinny or boyfriend jeans sligthy rolled up on the ankles, a pair of high heeled pumps (I know, not the comfiest choice) and an oversized men inspired shirt. I start to own a few of them, with stripes, all white, anything is fine as soon as it looks like I just stole it to any handsome and stylish guy around (and that I'm about to shot the next Maxim cover #isshaymitchellreal?). I love to wear them opened quite low to accentuate the feminity of this masculine piece. I selected a few pieces that I would die to add to my wardrobe (all from Asos, as usual, but you can't beat their free delivery and return policy you know).
